One of the challenges as a foreigner living in Vietnam is finding the right balance between respecting a culture and acting on social ills that matter to you.

Elizabeth Homfray is one of those people who acts on that fragile balance, founding Laws for Paws Vietnam, she constantly challenges perspectives and rescue pets that have survived the cruelest of fates, thanks to her and the work of Dr Nghia.

With Elizabeth as the voice of reason and Dr Nghia as Vietnam’s own Dr Doolittle, together they share a profound commitment for animal rights in Vietnam.
